Board of Directors

Temofe Ugbona is a seasoned technology and business leader with over two decades of experience spanning enterprise software, fintech, digital transformation and strategic advisory. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Ruvente Technologies, a future-facing firm delivering impactful solutions for organisations

In addition to his leadership at RuventeTech, he has launched and grown successful ventures in real estate, with a focus on hospitality, and in media, focused on content development and digital engagement. These businesses reflect his broader vision to drive scalable, Afrocentric innovation across key sectors of the African economy.

Temofe has served in senior roles at some of the world’s most respected technology companies, including as Managing Director for BPC in Nigeria and Ghana, Country Director, West Africa at Finastra, and with earlier positions at Microsoft, Oracle, Dell and SAP.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in the Liberal Arts and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategy with the Business School Netherlands, further sharpening his leadership, governance, and growth capabilities. He also holds a professional certification in Management Consulting and contributes to thought leadership in entreprise development and advisory across the continent.

He has successfully transitioned from the Liberal Arts to the Technology Sector-a demonstration of his versatility and dexterity. In the many multinationals where he has worked, he won several awards.

In 2022, he was inducted into Finastra’s exclusive Club 1 Percent, a global award reserved for top-performing executives, following his leadership on a strategic, multi-country banking transformation across West Africa. Temofe is an achiever extraordinaire!

Temofe sits on the boards of several organisations, including a technology firm focused on software and digital infrastructure transformation, and an investment platform enabling fractional access to high-quality assets for emerging and professional investors. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of a nonprofit organisation committed to education, empowerment and sustainable community development.

Mr. Oluseyi Berom is an accomplished technologist, business leader, and investor with over three decades of cross-industry experience at executive and board levels. He holds a First Class B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Maritime Affairs (Distinction) from the prestigious World Maritime University, Malmö, Sweden. He is currently concluding his thesis for a second Master’s degree in Software Engineering at Åbo Akademi University, Finland.

A multi-disciplinary professional, Mr. Berom is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a recipient of several distinguished academic, business, and professional awards. His career began at the globally renowned Arthur Andersen & Co, where he specialised in auditing and management consulting for leading organisations in oil & gas, banking, insurance, and other sectors.

Over the past thirty years, Mr. Berom has held management and board-level roles across diverse sectors including banking, insurance, manufacturing, publishing, and real estate. Beyond corporate leadership, he has been an active entrepreneur and investor in key economic sectors since 1994, with significant milestones achieved particularly in the last 15 years.

As Chairman of Ruvente Technologies, Mr. Berom brings a rare blend of technical depth, financial acumen, and strategic foresight, making him a pillar of guidance and governance in the company’s journey to deliver transformative technology solutions across Africa.

Olubukola Koredele Olubori is a seasoned Investment Banker, Financial Consultant and Corporate Strategist with over 35 years of experience spanning Investment Banking, foreign exchange, and non-bank financial institutions. She holds a combined Honours degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Ife, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos. She is a Fellow of The National Institute of Credit Administration. She also functions as a leadership coach, Human Development expert, Counselor and a seasoned speaker. In the course of her career, she has mentored and raised many captains of industry and global leaders. She is widely consulted on turnaround management. 

Her distinguished career includes serving as Head of the Foreign Exchange Department at a first-generation Nigerian bank, where she led strategic operations in treasury and currency markets. Her strong analytical background, coupled with deep industry knowledge, has consistently earned her board and executive management roles across diverse sectors.

Olubori currently sits on the board of a leading Funds and Investment Management Company listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. She also serves as an Alternate Director to a Health Management Organisation affiliated with Nigeria’s foremost Social Insurance institution, and as the Chairman of a Microfinance Bank, where she has overseen transformational change and operational turnaround.

Her technical expertise, leadership track record, and strategic governance experience make her a critical asset to the Board of Ruvente Technologies. She brings to the team not only financial oversight and corporate stewardship but a legacy of building resilient institutions in fast-evolving markets.

 

Mrs. Enoh Joan Temofe-Ugbona is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors, including technology, entreprise solutions, humanitarian services, and strategic operations in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has held senior roles in Multinational Corporations such as Cisco, Oracle, and Inlaks, as well as in international development organisations, including the International Federation of the Red Cross.

She currently serves as the Managing Director at NewGlobe overseeing EKOEXCEL, an EdTech initiative of the Lagos State Government, where she oversees the transformation of over 1,000 public primary schools and the learning outcomes of more than half a million pupils. Her leadership was instrumental to the establishment of Nigeria’s first real-time Education Command Centre, enhancing data-driven policy implementation.

Mrs. Ugbona has a proven track record in Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, business operations, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory alignment. Her earlier roles include Group Head of Business Operations and Strategy at Inlaks, where she led pan-African ICT initiatives and achieved multiple ISO certifications. At Oracle and Cisco, she drove partner ecosystem growth, regional sales operations, and performance analytics across West Africa.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the University of Calabar. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Balanced Scorecard Professional. She currently serves as a volunteer Advisory Board member at Collaborative Technology Innovation Limited (COTI).

Mrs. Ugbona brings to the Board a deep understanding of technology-enabled development, strong governance expertise, and a commitment to sustainable, impact-driven growth.

She is a compassionate community leader and team player. Her effort continues to foster the upliftment of the downtrodden in the society. She has a unique gift of giving hope to the hopeless, and an unusual ability to motivate and inspire to excellence.
